Les, the manager, is a misogynistic porcine excuse for a professional . His employees, Burt and Jay, tried their hardest to be helpful and defuse the situation, but Les insisted on talking down a female customer, refusing to admit that he used the wrong color of paint on her vehicle after repeated delays, costing her a ridiculous amount for car rental fees. He then offered to repaint the vehicle in the same wrong color, which is about as useless as an option as I've ever heard. He cursed at the customer and her mother, called the police and had them banned from the property. He got a little butthurt when they fired back at him. I guess he thought he could bully them down. Let's be real, who would return there? He refused to honor the warranty if it was needed and told them to drive to OKC. A big fat zero on customer service, a disgrace in general, and has no respect for women that walk in the shop. Fire Les.
